TU Dublin, the first Technological University in Ireland, was formally established on January 1st 2019, under the Technological Universities Act 2018, building on the distinguished past of Institute of Technology Blanchardstown, Dublin Institute of Technology and Institute of Technology Tallaght.
With a history stretching back over one hundred and thirty years, TU Dublin is a leader in STEM disciplines; it also supports the largest cohorts of students in business, media, culinary arts, and the creative and performing arts. TU Dublin has five Faculties: Faculty of Engineering & Built Environment, Faculty of Business, Faculty of Arts & Humanities, Faculty of Science, and Faculty of Digital & Data.
